If you access and use the Website (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound and comply with these terms (the "Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.

  1. All products and services of Omega Massage + Wellness and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.

  3. The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site ("Information") may be changed at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

  5. Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.

  7. No endorsements or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.

  9. Links from or to websites outside the Site are meant for convenience only. Omega Massage + Wellness does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and Omega Massage + Wellness will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with linking. Links to downloadable software sites are for convenience only and Omega Massage + Wellness is not responsible or liable for any difficulties or consequences associated with downloading the software. Use of any downloaded software is governed by the terms of the license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is provided with the software.

  10. Payment for Products & Services

  11. All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Omega Massage + Wellness is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

  12. Omega Massage + Wellness uses the service of leading Software company MindBody Online (www.mindbodyonline.com) and payment processing through PaySafe

  13. Omega Massage + Wellness will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization. Insurance companies require personal information from time to time that will only be provided with written permission.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Automattic, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.

  • 24-hour notice is required for all appointments (including gift certificates)

  • Payment in full required for late cancellations or “no-shows” unless:

    • the appointment can be filled

    • Unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are determined by the Massage Therapists discretion

    • COVID-19 cancellations due to symptoms or exposure are cancelled without question, rebooking will require 14-days or negative testing

      • An appointment may be cancelled by either Omega Massage + Wellness or guest if symptoms present, a parent is attending to a child or caretaking requirements due to COVID requirements

LATE ARRIVAL

Depending on our schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required. 

ETHICS POLICY

Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. If the client expresses interest in a sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for the appointed service will be rendered in full. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All written records and massage sessions are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside establishment, individuals, organizations, or medical facilities without explicit written consent from the client or the client's legal guardian. Omega Massage + Wellness uses a 3rd party company for bookings/record keeping and is not responsible for any lost or stolen information in the unlikelihood of this occurring.
