Crystal Parsons, RMT - Senior Therapist

Specialties: Myofascial Release, Orthopaedic Massage.

Crystal graduated from the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program in 2011. Her focus is to deliver balanced mind and body relaxation. She uses many therapeutic techniques to make her treatments effective and gives her clients a complete care package along with stretches and exercises to do at home between sessions.

Through her experience and continued training, she has learned to view the body as a whole, not a compilation of symptoms. For example, your symptom may be neck pain, but the cause may be an alignment issue in your hips. Her skills and outstanding experience to date means she delivers some of the best care and she looks forward to sharing her that with her clients.

Sara McDonald, RMT

Specialties: Trauma Informed, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Hot Stone and Energy Healing Massage.

Sara graduated from Makami College with 3000 hours. She had a calling to go into Massage Therapy after researching the power of touch and its incredibly positive effect on our nervous system, immunity, sleep, mental health, and physical pain. She has dived deep into the world of healing and believes in order to heal the world it begins with healing ourselves.

Sara is mindful of the body, mind and spirit connection. She is skilled in orthopedic assessment and therapeutic massage for specific injuries or concerns combined with creating personalized home care for clients to follow after the massage for best results. She loves using a variety of techniques and modalities such as trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, stretching and nerve flossing.

Kim Younger, RMT

Specialties: Trauma-Informed, Myofascial Release, Somatic Experiencing Safe Touch, Orthopedic Assessments + Lomi-Lomi

Kim is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200hrs) and completed her training at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in October 2024.  She is certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP™) and has previous certification from Maui School of Therapeutic Massage (720hrs) with a speciality in Lomi Lomi (with the Ho'omana Institute in Maui, Hawaii).

Kim possesses a profound curiosity about the intricate relationship between the body, mind, and spirit, acknowledging their significant interplay. She integrates a diverse range of methods into her practice to tailor the treatment to your individual needs cultivating safe and effective treatments.  A focal point of her practice lies in the connective tissue (fascia), which envelops our bones, muscles, organs, nerves, and vessels, interweaving the various components of our entire body. Fascia, being the largest system in our body, is often affected by prolonged stress-related issues. Kim's bodywork style adeptly addresses chronic underlying issues stemming from stress, trauma, and physiological holding patterns that may hinder functionality.

Kim is insured to offer individual body work sessions; she works within her scope of practice to provide touch based somatic treatments as a registered massage therapist.

If you have worked with Kim as a client through her counseling services, she will not be able to provide bodywork sessions due to ethical considerations, but she will be happy to provide a referral.
